Duties and Responsibilities

1. People Management

¨ Overall responsibility for effective people management and development and responsibility for efficient team building

¨ Specify business objectives for Acuvue Account Manager

¨ Identify Personal development needs for Acuvue Account Manager

¨ Provide coaching to Acuvue Account Managers
and assist in process of acquiring and retaining customers

¨ Evaluate performance of every subordinate Acuvue Account Manager
vs. objectives on regular basis

2. Sales Plan Fulfillment

¨ Assess potential of the assigned territory

¨ Create sales strategy to achieve volume, market share, and profitability goals.

¨ Set individual sales targets for Acuvue Account Manager
aligned with Franchise and Company Business Plan

¨ Conduct regular sales analysis

3. Market Intelligence

¨ Comprehensive knowledge of the Medical Devices industry

¨ Research and provide account/territory statistics and performance

¨ Monitor market development

¨ Perform competitive analysis

Qualifications

Position Requirements

¨ Excellent leadership skills

¨ Ability to understand market and strategy development from the franchise and geographic points of view

¨ Demonstrated group process and facilitation skills

¨ Demonstrated experience in project management

¨ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to all levels of the organization

¨ Demonstrated flexibility to thrive in a continuously changing environment

¨ Ability to gain alignment and ultimately drive decisions

¨ Experience in successful influence management and people development

¨ Ability to provide informational and situational problem analysis

¨ Results/achievement oriented

¨ Good Knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

2. Job Experience

¨ Proven record in management to streamline and align internal processes to increase efficiencies, and facilitate decision-making

¨ Not less then 2 years of people management experience

¨ Not less then 4 years of business experience

3. Education

¨ Bachelors degree required

¨ Master's degree in business preferred
