SG&A Controller Job (Moscow, Russia)

Description

Johnson&Johnson Consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women’s health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.

Now we are looking for SG&A Controller (Sales & General administration costs).

This is key business partnering position.

The person to be a key point of contact for functional leads/directors with responsibility for fixed (SG&A) and variable (OCNIS & Distribution) costs planning and control.

The position assumes responsibility for Russia & CIS team support as well as TTL cluster financials consolidation and alignment (within the cluster as well as with regional function leads).

The position assumes people management and development.

Qualifications

- Background in Finance (5+ years of experience in Finance and in people management)
- Extreme accuracy with data
- Strong communication skills
- Business partnering/customer focus
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with massive databases and great number of stakeholders
- Proactivity, teamplaying
- Fluent English
- Professional qualification (like CIMA, ACCA, CMA, etc) is an advantage
