Encoding.com is looking for a Sales superstar who can have an immediate and substantial impact on our 2015 customer acquisition and revenue goals. Critical to success will be candidates with existing relationships at companies in the media & entertainment and video service provider verticals, an understanding of the video technology ecosystem, and a proven track record for closing deals in this space. This role reports directly to the company’s president.
The ideal candidate will have direct and successful experience selling technology solutions from the Online Video Platform (OVP), Content Delivery Network (CDN), Video Service Provider or Video Encoder verticals.
Required Qualifications
5+ years in direct technical solutions sales experience with a successful track record meeting and beating quota selling 6-figure deals.
Strong knowledge of the online video ecosystem and related web technologies.
Fiercely self-motivated with strong communication skills.
Experience managing and reporting sales pipeline using Salesforce.com or equivalent.
