Marketing:

Support executive management in implementing and assisting with the development and delivery of marketing communication plans and strategies to meet organizational objectives and monitor progress.Partner with sales teams and wholesale partners in all areas of planning and execution.Construct marketing communication plans, campaign development, market research, market comparisons and analysis.Develop strategic marketing initiatives and develop plans related to the company's long term business goal. Manage production and distribution of marketing materials, manage promotion activities and assesses their success against plan.Collaborate with cross functional teams to assist in new store launches and implement the merchandising of products.Ensure brand integrity and corporate image is maintained with our business partners.Coordinates at a strategic and tactical level with the other key functions of the organization.Manage and deliver on key marketing communication strategies and plans that achieve business objectives.Create and manage all print, media, and digital marketing concepts.Establish effective working relationships with a wide range of business stakeholders and communicating plans cross-functionally to ensure engagement and commitment to initiatives and changes.Develop and execute events that drive traffic and sales to our wholesale partners.

Event Management:

Instrumental in developing events program to support retail and wholesale initiatives.Management of events budget to ensure it is respected.Identify opportunities for event partnerships to support retail and wholesale business goals.Develop concept and execute grand opening events for new boutiques.Execute in store selling eventsDevelop concept and detailed timeline for each event.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in related business field.Demonstrated experience with a luxury brand.Experience executing celebrity endorsements and sponsorshipsDemonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activitiesStrong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects at a time; highly organized with keen attention to detail.Strong oral and written communications skills
