E-commerce marketing manager

Responsible for Online Acquisition Marketing Planning and Measurement:

Define and manage full year online marketing plan and budget for online brandsResponsible for e-commerce marketing channels (SEM, Affiliate Network, Display and Re-Targeting for online brands including all supplier and 3rd party agency relationships)Develop and implement online acquisition marketing strategies and plans with focus on customer acquisition to deliver site traffic and revenue growth within budgeted ROI objectivesReview activity and campaigns to refine and improve effectiveness of marketing spend for all online brandsResponsible for development and execution of integrated online marketing campaigns aligned to the online marketing calendar for online brandsAnalysing performance of campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly basis – providing tactical and strategic direction to achieve targetsProvide KPIs to measure campaign results, drive insights and recommendations and communicate it clearly and accurately back to the business (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Responsible for agency relationship management, with regular performance reviewsEnsure all campaigns and acquisition marketing initiatives are delivered in a timely manner within the approved budgetCreate marketing plan and strategic objectives for affiliate networksManaging re-targeting display advertising and SEMParticipation in on-line PR plan creationResearch, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunitiesActive participation in the eCRM development (e-mailings) and implementations

Operational:

Responsible for managing sales validation and payment reconciliation for Acquisition Marketing partner(s)Responsible for documenting and managing change requests to support technical implementation requirementsResponsible for effective campaign tracking (Google Analytics / Omniture)

We require:

University Graduate with relevant qualificationSolid experience in a similar role with a grasp of the online retail industryStrong experience and knowledge in SEM Marketing (CPC/CPA) and SEM Marketing tools for both Yandex and GoogleExperience in managing Affiliate Network, Display, Behavioural Re-Targeting, SEM 3rd parties, SEO, eCRMProficient experience with Google Analytics / Other Web Analytic tools?????? ????????
