Large, stable and fast-growing Russian company opened the representative office in the U. S. The main functions of the CEO will be strategic development, operational management, marketing, negotiation and conclusion of contracts. The position also involves collaborations with senior management in Russia, so the knowledge of the Russian language is very important.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Masters or other advanced degree in Business, Finance or Marketing and Sales. A degree from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business is preferred, but a degree for a similarly ranked and respected business school would be considered;Strategic thinking and excellent analytical abilities;Strong; management/organizational leadership skillsExcellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to understand and create goals, evaluate resources and forecast the result;Ability to present and defend your own point of view;Ability to make important decisions independently;Ability to generate new ideas;Emotional stability and ability to think positively in critical situations;Confidence, energetic, flexible;Fluency in English and RussianExcellent computer skillsResponsibilities:
Start-up; Development and implementation an organization by providing leadership in creating a vision and mission, developing strategies and implementing action plans in accordance with the Company’s standards and policesEfficient commercial, financial and administrative management of the representative office of the Russian company in the U.S.,Management of the company’s projects within the US, setting goals and monitoring their implementation;Business negotiations on the high level;Work with claimsAnalyze and monitor the internal situation in the U.S., changes in law and regulations (customs, taxes, import/export regulations), national currency fluctuations and prices for the main resources. Report the changes on a timely basis and provide your opinion and recommendations;Monitoring of the products, producers, equipment, represented in the “Pharmacy” retailing chains to collect information on about trends, new products, manufacturers;We offer:
