E-Commerce Operations Manager - MCM Worldwide - New York, NY

E-Commerce Operations Manager

Core Functions:

Manage day-to-day website(s) operations including website development, site functionality, order fulfillment, customer service, and merchandising.Manage fulfillment & customer service agency, enhance Customer Service and Customer satisfaction where needed.Manage 3rd party operations relationships.Oversee and ensures that order processing, distribution & returns processing is optimized experience for our clients.Use performance indicators including customer feedback, system reports, inventory reports and other KPIs and metrics to identify and drive improvements.Participate in developing processes that improve/increase the customer experience.Coordinate performance metrics between Vendor and our website to meet/exceed goals.Make recommendations to management concerning improvements of procedures.Provide full support and collaboration with E-Commerce global team & external partners.Manage product inventory on the site and in our warehouse working alongside the merchandising and retail teams.Oversight over expanding digital business and continuously offer cross-platform and omni-channel recommendations.Instrumental in growing the digital team expanding into global MCM operations role

Experience:

Minimum 3 years + experience in operations and ecommerce site management.Has experience of Supply Chain and Payment Service processes.Support the initial start-up of the digital storefront and the implementation of the operating model.Strong knowledge of online shopping and leading ecommerce operations.Strong planning, organizational skills, analytical skills, ability to multi-task.Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written & spoken).Proactive service delivery focused attitude, willingness to get involved in all aspects of the commerce business with a “hands-on, can-do” approach.Ability to delegate and follow-up with a good sense of people judgment.Proficient in reporting, strong computer skills.Knowledge of SAP, Demandware a plus.
