Sales/Business Development Manager

My Client is international Oil&Gas company who is in search of Sales Manager to join their team in Moscow.

Major focus will be on Moscow based operating companies & drilling contractors.

 

Experience requirements

FLUENT level of English;Successful Experience of working with Russian Operator companies;Business development orientation.

Key responsibilities:

Meets with key clients, developing and maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.Tracks market and customer trends, manages, builds and maintains customer relationships, and identifies and establishes new clientsDevelops and maintains relationships with resellers and distributors.Identifies and pursues growth opportunities for each region and/or market.Assists with the establishing of goals and performance objectives for the division.Develops, implements, and coordinates the development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotional programs and ensures their execution and to accommodate corporate goals.Communicates and strategies with the FluidControl sales / operational team within Russia and also internationally on all related client issuesCommunicates and strategies with the other company’s division’s sales teams in Russia on all related client issues.Develops and implements customer requested proposals and quotations.Responsible for periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
