RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as dedicated account manager to specific base of clients with ability to handle 3 complex multinational clients simultaneously and other clients Provide client specific account management and coordination: Oversee and create communications from end-user education through executive briefings Oversee all process support for membership cards and accounting (invoicing and AR) Operations matters impacting the client’s use of GR services Work directly with other internal functional areas to support clients and partners Provide single point of contact for clients and partners Develop working relationships at multiple levels and departments within the client; cultivate trusted advisor positioning Define client retention plans as well as client growth plans Architect building relationships with clients to ensure renewals Lead discussion to meet client’s goals and objectives Orchestrate internal resources to deliver appropriate, timely contract vehicles Identify client needs to support proposal of appropriate incremental services and solutions Drive revenue generation via identification of new business opportunities, including account extension and landing new clients Demonstrate sales leadership in actions and shared knowledge Special projects as needed
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree plus 5+ years of Account Management experience Led, motivated, mentored and provided guidance to a team of Account Managers and/or sales executives Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team of sales people throughout the employee life cycle – hiring, motivating, providing guidance, and performance management Demonstrated success in establishing relationships and networks Track record of growing revenue Exceptional written and verbal communication Negotiation Skills Prior sales or account management leadership experience is desirable but not necessary Highly energetic and motivated to succeed Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Efficient time management and organizational skills CRM experience; Microsoft Office Suite experience Experience in the medical, security, military, intelligence or other related fields is a plus, but not required
