Sales Assistant - SILICON POWER USA INC - Fremont, CA

We are seeking an energetic, success oriented sales professional with a strong ethic to identify and properly qualify business opportunities with existing and new customers. Account manager will develop and manage significant key partner relationships, and accounts show a potential to grow the business and the North America market. Most importantly, the main job function is to create awareness of and demand for company products by managing relationship with global channel partners.

*Working hours:
FULL TIME Working hours: M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
$35~40K/yr

Qualifications & Requirements
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a competitive spirit, a strong ethic and ability to work independently or as a team member. The candidate must have a proven track record of hunting for and maintaining strong customer relationships at the enterprise level.
Qualifications include:
- 1+ years of experience in selling Storage with a strong knowledge of channel level business.
- Presentable and articulate with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels with confidence and flair.
- Proven track record of sales growth.
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Experience in complex solution based sales, comprising of IT technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop business from multiple current Fortune 1000 clients as well as new business development.
- Responsible for generating new business in the areas of contract.
- Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in local market.
- Identify and properly qualify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and value proving background information, as a basis for recommending viable product solutions customized to meet the needs of each client.
- Consult with clients to obtain pertinent information about their needs to determine the most viable solution.
- Provide after-sales support and customer satisfaction assurance via interaction with installation teams for problem resolution.
- Monitors overall achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with Silicon Power vision and values.
- Stay current with industry and technical knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitor standings.
